Three plans. The variables are how many marketplace channels you connect and how many orders you process each month. Every inclusion is listed below, and what happens when you exceed a limit is stated rather than left to a conversation later.
All plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees and start with a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable. There is no onboarding or setup fee.
For sellers running one marketplace channel and building a process.

For high-volume sellers, brands with multiple entities, and 3PL operators.

We quote after a call, because the price depends on your volume band, number of warehouses and any integration work. No obligation, and the quote is in writing.

One marketplace order equals one order, regardless of how many line items it contains. Cancelled orders, returns and RTO shipments are not counted a second time.
Nothing stops working. Orders above the plan limit are charged at ₹1.50 per order and appear as a separate line on that month’s invoice. If you exceed the limit for two consecutive months we will contact you about moving to a plan that costs less than the overage.
The 14-day trial gives you the Growth feature set with a 500-order cap so you can test with real orders. No card is required, and the account is not converted to a paid plan unless you ask for it.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the remainder of the billing month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month.
Starter and Growth are monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Enterprise agreements have a term stated in the contract. Annual billing is available on request at a discount we will confirm in writing.
You can export your orders, inventory and settlement records at any time while the account is active. After cancellation, account data is deleted within 30 days of your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No. Tripzygo OMS is software only. Courier freight, marketplace commissions and any fees charged by a marketplace or logistics provider are billed to you by them, not by us.
By UPI, net banking, or debit or credit card, against a GST invoice issued by Tripzygo Rovara Travels Private Limited. Enterprise accounts can be invoiced on agreed payment terms.
