Order management · Built for Indian marketplaces
Tripzygo OMS brings orders, inventory, returns and payment settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio and other Indian marketplaces into a single system. Your team stops switching between seller panels and starts working from one queue.
Connect each channel with your own marketplace authorisation, sync stock in near real time to avoid overselling, print labels and manifests in bulk, and reconcile every payout against the orders it was meant to pay for.
Six capabilities cover the daily work of a multi-channel seller. Each one is described in full on the Features page.
Every order from every connected channel lands in one queue with a common status model. Filter by channel, SKU, courier, dispatch deadline or payment mode without opening a seller panel.
One stock pool per SKU. When a unit sells on one channel, availability is pushed to the others within seconds, which is how overselling and the cancellations that follow it are avoided.
Select a batch, generate shipping labels and the courier manifest in one action, and hand a single signed manifest to the pickup executive instead of processing orders one at a time.
Customer returns and undelivered RTO shipments are tracked from initiation to warehouse receipt, with quality-check outcomes recorded so restocked units re-enter inventory and damaged units do not.
Marketplace payout reports are matched line by line against the orders they cover. Commission, shipping and other deductions are itemised, and anything short-paid or unpaid is flagged for follow-up.
Each channel has its own dispatch window. Tripzygo OMS tracks the clock per order and raises alerts before a deadline is breached, so late dispatch does not quietly become a metrics problem.
Tripzygo OMS works with the following marketplaces through their published seller APIs. A channel is connected only after you authorise it from your own seller account, and you can revoke that authorisation at any time.
We use these names solely to identify the platforms our software integrates with. Tripzygo is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any marketplace.
Additional Indian marketplaces are supported on request. If you sell on a channel not listed here, tell us which one and we will confirm whether its API supports the workflows above.
Three steps from signing up to working out of a single queue. Most sellers complete the first two in an afternoon.
Authorise each marketplace account through its official authorisation flow. We never ask for your seller-panel password. Access tokens are encrypted before storage and used only for the order, inventory, return and settlement operations the integration requires.
Each channel listing is mapped to one internal SKU, so a single stock number drives availability everywhere. Import your existing catalogue as a spreadsheet or map listings channel by channel; unmapped listings are listed for review rather than silently ignored.
Process orders, print labels, run manifests, track returns and reconcile payouts inside Tripzygo OMS. Status changes are written back to each marketplace, and your team gets role-based access so packers, accounts and owners see what they need.
Order data contains customer names, addresses and contact details. We treat it as data we hold on your behalf, not as an asset of ours. It is used only to operate the features described on this site.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Security pages.
AES-256 encryption at rest; TLS 1.2 or higher for all data in transit, including every marketplace API call.
Application and database infrastructure is hosted in Hostinger data centres located in India, our only infrastructure subprocessor.
We do not sell seller or buyer data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Buyer personal information is purged within 30 days of order delivery.
Tell us which marketplaces you sell on and your monthly order volume. We will walk you through the workflows that apply to you and confirm which plan fits.
