Tripzygo is an Indian technology company. We build Tripzygo OMS, an order management system for sellers who operate on more than one marketplace and have outgrown the seller panels those marketplaces provide.
Tripzygo OMS is operated by Tripzygo Rovara Travels Private Limited, a company registered in India, with its office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Our mission is to give Indian multi-channel sellers one reliable system of record for their orders, inventory, returns and money.
Selling on several marketplaces multiplies work rather than adding it. Each channel has its own panel, its own status vocabulary, its own dispatch clock, its own settlement report and its own way of handling returns. A seller doing 5,000 orders a month across four channels is not running one business with four sales sources; without a system in the middle they are running four operations that happen to share a warehouse.
The cost of that shows up in specific, measurable ways: stock sold that was not there, dispatch deadlines missed because nobody was watching four clocks at once, returns that never made it back into inventory, and deductions in settlement reports that nobody had time to check. Each is small. Together they are the difference between a profitable month and a break-even one.
Tripzygo OMS exists to collapse those four operations into one. Not to add a dashboard on top of the existing work, but to be the place the work is done.
We build for Indian sellers who list on more than one marketplace and fulfil orders themselves or through their own logistics arrangements. In practice, that is a range of businesses:
The point at which manual stock updates stop being viable and overselling starts. This is usually the first reason a seller looks for an OMS.
Where several people need to work on the same orders at once, with roles, accountability and an audit trail, rather than sharing one seller-panel login.
Where RTO and returns are a large share of volume, and knowing which SKU on which channel is driving them changes what you list and how.
Businesses at the volume where unchecked deductions and short payments are worth real money every cycle, and reconciliation by spreadsheet has become impossible.
We are equally clear about who we do not serve. Tripzygo OMS is not a marketplace listing tool, not an accounting package, and not a courier aggregator. Sellers who need those things need those things, and we will tell you so rather than sell you an OMS.
We build against the published APIs. Every channel connection uses the marketplace’s own documented seller API and its own authorisation flow. We do not scrape seller panels, we do not automate logins, and we do not ask for your marketplace password. Where a marketplace API does not support an operation, we say so instead of implying it works.
We treat your data as yours. Order data contains your buyers’ names and addresses. We hold it to run the features you subscribed to, keep it in Indian data centres, never sell or share it, and delete buyer personal information within 30 days of delivery. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Data Security pages, written to be read rather than to be skipped.
We price in the open. Every plan inclusion, the overage rate and two worked cost examples are published on the Pricing page. There is no setup fee and no annual lock-in on the monthly plans.
We answer as ourselves. Support is email and phone during Indian business hours, staffed by people who know the product. When an integration fails, you get the reason and the retry status, not a generic apology.
We describe only what we have built. Nothing on this site is a roadmap item presented as a feature. Where a capability has a limit, the limit is stated on the Features page next to the capability.
Tripzygo OMS connects to marketplace platforms using their published seller APIs, acting on behalf of the seller who has authorised us. That authorisation comes from you, is limited to the scopes the features require, and can be withdrawn by you at any time.
Tripzygo is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio or any other marketplace. Where we name a marketplace on this site, it is to identify a platform our software integrates with, and for no other purpose.
Your channels, your monthly volume and where the process breaks today. We will tell you honestly whether Tripzygo OMS fixes it.
